AG¿·¢CARES: Supporting our communities

AG¿·¢ believes in the importance of giving back to the communities we call home. Our community outreach program, AG¿·¢CARES, is built around initiatives organized by our sites, with the support of a dedicated fund to amplify the impact of these efforts.Â
In 2024, in addition to the local initiatives led by its sites, AG¿·¢ funded regional and local projects in Europe and North America with its philanthropic AG¿·¢CARES Fund. This fund, launched in 2023, allows AG¿·¢ to finance initiatives in line with our mission and values, and to support and promote community projects where we operate. The AG¿·¢CARES Steering Committee guides the program and allocates the funds. For its first three years, through 2025, its focus is on projects addressing decarbonization, promoting inclusion, and supporting education and skill-building opportunities.
